Billing companies pay per appeal drafted. Practices pay a flat price per location. Triage, ranking and reports cost nothing on either plan.
Triage, ranking, deadlines and the client and payer reports cost nothing. Adding a client costs nothing. You pay when a case gets a draft, and a re-draft of the same case is free.

Use them in your first 60 days. After that, $8 an appeal, locked for a year. That is under half the $18 it costs you to write one today.
We never take a share of what you recover, so nobody earns more by appealing more.

A fee tied to collections rewards appealing more, not appealing well. Medicaid rules also say a billing agent's pay must not be a percentage of what is billed or collected (42 CFR 447.10), and many of your clients bill Medicaid. So our price never depends on what you recover.
